At ADINAH, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide a flexible and fair return and exchange policy in accordance with the regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. General Conditions

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with all included accessories (if any).

Products damaged due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for return or exchange.

Discounted or promotional items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or not as described.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

Opened or used products.

Perfumes and body care products after opening the packaging.

Gift cards or digital products.

Please include the order number, reason for return, and photos of the product if necessary.

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide the return instructions.

If the return or exchange is due to personal preference, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If the issue is due to our error or a defective product, ADINAH will cover all related costs.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used in the order.
